In addition to coordinating magnificent events, we are often approached to help corporations, non-profits and municipalities to develop a long term events strategy.

First we analyze by listening to your needs and goals and then either develop a plan for you or advise you that events are not the best way to accomplish what it is that you are trying to achieve.  We offer the best recommendations based on our complete analysis of the situation. 

Once we determine your direction we can help develop timelines, budgets, structure, job descriptions, really whatever it is that you need to move forward.  We have even gone as far as to help in the hiring process if the best fit for you is a full time event planner (a service which we do not provide) or if we are not available to coordinate your project. 

What you can always count on is that we will be honest with you; if you are successful we have a client for life - and a source of referrals.

This service is based on an hourly fee. You will be provided an estimate of the # of hours needed to complete the strategic plan.
